Date changes can be made at least 2 days in advance by submitting a contact us “Ticket Inquiry” and providing your reservation number and the new date you would like to visit. If you plan on visiting us today or tomorrow, just stop by the ticketing center for assistance.

Yes, we do have wheelchairs and strollers available for rent from the Guest Services area at the entrance of the park on a first come, first serve basis.

No we do not have any type of facilities for pets. Only service dogs with proper identification are permitted on park grounds.
